Arkansas recognizes 18 official pathways under Amendment 98. PTSD (~35%) and intractable pain (~28.5%) dominate the registry. ADH will not accept write-in conditions.

Not on the list: generalized anxiety on its own, insomnia, migraines, ADHD, depression on its own.
